My top 4 to be fast
I turn learnings into concise principles when something has shown to make a game-changing difference repeatedly and I believe to comprehend the underlying reasons.
While there are certainly a few more to share - and many more I hope to discover still -, the following is a selection of 4 principles I apply to be fast in the early stages of an idea.
Minimal static structures. Instead of files and folders, I've started to use a multi-dimensional journal. There, I can dump anything 💭☑️📝, without the need to decide where it belongs.
Curating my own toolbox. A few powerful principles & frameworks, a technology stack matching with your skills, and the additional 1% out there that can really change the game for my process and idea.
Executing in loops. Like really. I think of 10+ intermediate functional versions even to reach MVP v1.0. Key is to master temporary workarounds and start homing in 'full loops' every other day.
Pushing through to business early. It'll be a marathon but it start with a sprint! Earning my first $$$ within max. a few weeks is an absolute game-changer.
Each journey and each idea is different.
And yet so much stays the same.

I love to keep the challenge broad by jumping onboard client projects and helping them innovate and digitize, following hands-on methodologies from the startup world.
This includes coaching innovation teams, facilitating workshops, and building MVPs.
For startups at pre-seed and seed stages, I also offer founder coaching, with a strong emphasis on product-market fit, fundraising strategy, and the mental leaps and challenges core to early success.
